Mr. Neeraj Kumar Singal is the founder & CEO of SEMCO group of companies. He is an astute entrepreneur and visionary in the field of Railways, Defence, Automobiles, Material Handling and consultancy services. With Neeraj’s grit, ingenuity and vision, SEMCO Group has risen to become India’s single-most company with a market share of 75% in Railway wheels and axle sets. Semco is also a leader in lithium-ion manufacturing & testing equipment and solutions, having served more than 200 clients.
Neeraj tirelessly endeavours to turn all stones that match the markets’ current demands and so his vision to generate new avenues through E-commerce trading are yet another proof of his business acumen. At the R&D Lab in Delhi, he leads a team who works on providing intelligent solutions for lithium battery pack manufacturing and testing of advanced chemistry-based batteries. He is responsible for developing and identifying new solutions to meet the customers’ diverse needs, and also spearheaded the partnership with leading companies like HYNN, CRRC Datong, Colt USA, etc. Thus, enabling the company to accelerate towards a cleaner energy future.

Semco has been an instrumental supplier to the Indian Railways since 2000. In 2006, a joint venture between Semco and CRRC Datong Electric Locomotive was initiated. The company became the largest railway wheelsets and axle provider in India, enjoying 75% of market share in the industry.
